Looking at architecture with a different perspective!

Deconstructing Aga Khan Museum and Reconstructing it with a general understanding of piano

Piano is analysed in its physicality and construction as well as theory of music in braod themes of light and shadow, movement, function and scale. The analysis is then reappropriated into the architecture of Aga Khan Museum, where a model is produced.

Subtle design intervention with intricate planning involves the play of steps that determine pace of movement (music notes), wire diameters and their density for different light intensities (strings of piano), steel and timber surface for sound absorbance and reflectance (pedals).
