Spacey Flex House

A house that responds to a pandemic situation rethinking the services aspects of a building- particularly the behaviour of water and waste. Flexible wall panel that is multifunctional as insulation, rainwater harvesting, alternative to pipes for water distribution, alternative to waste discharge - serves a new system for living. It is also a component that is easily replaceable when has defect- a solution to commonly faced problem in buildings- defects due to inefficiency of pipes and services.

In an urban level, infrastructure and landscape elements that reflect the trend of physical distancing and isolation is experimented in this design.

The future also envisions self sustaining and self regulating environment.
